Our qualified practitioners have at minimum, have a Master’s degrees and over 50 years of combined experience. We specialize in a range of health conditions, particularly fertility enhancements, through a blend of acupuncture and IVF technologies. Danielle Ronner

MTCM, BS, Dipl. OM (NCCAOM), L.Ac, FABORM Candidate

Danielle has over 15 years experience in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. In early 2023, she became the owner of East Winds Acupuncture and enjoys serving the Colorado Springs community.

She completed her Master’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2009 from Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, CA. She also obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition Science with a Minor in Biology from Indiana University in 2004. She continues to include her nutrition background with all patients.

She specializes in supporting natural fertility and Assisted Reproductive Technology, women’s hormone balance, pre and postnatal care as well as acupuncture point injection therapy. She also enjoys working with sports injuries, stress, anxiety and difficult to treat health patterns.

Megan Wemm

DAOM, Dipl. OM (NCCAOM), L.Ac, Previous FABORM

Megan has over 15 years experience in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. She joined East Winds Acupuncture in June 2023 and is looking forward to serving the Colorado Springs community.

Megan has worked extensively in the Chinese herb industry, serving as an herbal consultant and educator for Kan Herb Company for several years. During this time, she traveled internationally, training professionals across many disciplines on the safe and effective use of Chinese herbs in medical practice. Megan started clinical practice in 2011, serving as co-founder and proprietor of Communi-Qi Acupuncture, a community acupuncture clinic in Santa Cruz, CA. The combination of working in the herbal field along with honing her clinical knowledge in the heavy patient load of community acupuncture is where she cultivated her passion for treating women’s health issues. In 2022, she received her Certified Phlebotomy Technician credentialing and continues to expand her horizons to help out through many avenues of medicine as need has increased during the pandemic.  In the past she was a Lifeguard and First Responder, as well as a CPR instructor for the American Red Cross.  Despite the area of medicine that Megan is working in, she has a passion for helping patients achieve their goals whatever they might be.

Specializing in women’s health, hormonal balancing along with reproductive medicine, and sports injury/pain management. She also enjoys working with women to create realistic health goals that help them discover a renewed relationship with life.

Diane Cridennda

Diane has over 20 years of experience in Western Medicine. Diane was a Radiologic Technologist and had a career change after a debilitating illness was corrected by Acupuncture/Traditional Chinese Medicine.  Diane has been in private practice as an Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbologist since 1995 and was the previous owner of East Winds Acupuncture.  She had a career change after being treated with Acupuncture to overcome a debilitating illness.

Diane has spent years training in TCM, a brief list follows:

Masters Degree In Oriental Medicine/NCCAOM Certification, Graduated From International Institute Of Chinese Medicine, 1994, Studied In China, Conducting And Presenting Research On Combining Acupuncture With High Tech Fertility, Member Of ABORM (American Board Of Oriental Reproductive Medicine).

In her spare time she is a competitive Triathlete and competes in road races, Half Ironman and qualified for Worlds in 2015 in the Half Ironman distance.

She says that she “works to keep from over training and trains to keep from overworking” thus balance

She is currently conducting a study which examines the follicular fluid in the IVF plus acupuncture group compared to IVF group alone. Her goal is find the mechanism of action by which acupuncture is affecting outcomes in high tech fertility treatments.
